Music makes the people come together!

It was a long time coming, the ArtRebels Re-launch party that took place last Friday night at Pumpehuset, but was well worth the wait. We had been discussing how to best celebrate the occasion around the ArtRebels-office for a while. It seemed appropriate, and really important to us, that we make some noise and let our hair down after more than half a year of development on all fronts. New strategy, new location, new website, new paper, new people (and a lot of good old ones too).

We wanted the event to pay tribute to all the people who make ArtRebels what it is. The creative network, the volunteers, the fans – and in true ArtRebels fashion – these were the components that made the night. Thank you so much to all the amazing DJs, party-people, photographers, minglers, VJs and helpers who made it a fantastic and memorable collective experience!

A special thanks goes out to The Villains Club boys who co-hosted the event!! You kids are truly a talented bunch and so much fun to be around! We look forward to the next episode… Also a thank you to Red Bull for helping the energy level stay at maximum volume all night long. Have a look at more photos from the night by Kenneth Nguyen here and Lars Hjortkær here. Some of Kenneth’s photos were also featured in Politiken’s iByen section – have a peek here!
