TRAILERPARK FESTIVAL COUNT DOWN: 2 – THE DATING EDITION :

Today’s TRAILERPARK FESTIVAL countdown will not feature a band but the person who will be most on stage: Our host!

We went on a cozy date with him yesterday:





AR: What does it mean for you to be the Trailer Park host?
PP: It means a lot. It’s a huge honor. I hope that I can represent the energy and the mentality that is found at the festival from the stage. And to be entertaining (and not annoying) before and after concerts.


AR: How have you prepared yourself?
PP: Well, I’ve been a host at Skive Festival (red: in the north of Jutland) …
And I talk to 300,000 people every day (:red: Danish radio …). But these 3000 radio listeners are not as anxiety provoking as the 1200 I will speaking to at Trailerpark Festival. And I’ve been listening to all the great artists perfoming at Trailerpark this year…

AR: What are the trends with hosts?
PP: Fresh, free and fly. It is well … Eeh … Something. Summer-ish. How to explain… If it was an ice cream, it would have grapes and cheese.


AR: Who are you most looking forward to present?
PP: The greatest star of the festival is the audience … so it’s not that much about the bands. The audience makes the presenter.



AR: Is there a band or an artist you want to seduce?
PP: No, they’re all in a relationship…


AR: Are you single? Who many percent?
PP: 100%…


AR: Who is the girl of your dreams?
PP: That’s a tough one … There is not one. I have many dream girls…


AR: Can you find her on TP?
PP: Yeah, maybe…


AR: Do you like kissing in public?
PP: It depends on who it is… But I like to kiss …


AR: What is the best compliment a woman could give you?
PP: I don’t know … “You remind me of a guy coming from Bornholm (red: Danish island)… and I believed you when you first said I had beautiful eyes”


AR: Marriage and lifelong love or flirt?
PP: This first one!


AR: Towels or tea towels?
PP: Towels, white, medium sized


AR: Cava or cola?
PP: Cava! A lot!


AR: Walk along the beach or kayaking?
PP: The walk …


AR: Sushi or salami?
PP: Sushi !


AR: Dog or cat?
PP: Cat …


AR: Green or blue?
PP: Green …



AR: What’s your favorite color?
PP: I haven’t got any favourite colours…


AR: What’s your zodiac?
PP: Cancer.


AR: What’s on your bedside table?
PP: Have no bedside table … And there’s not much on my table. Candles, lighter (I don’t smoke) and some paper from a package I received a couple of days ago.


AR: Which movie star would play you in a movie about your life?
PP: Danny DeVito!

AR: If you won one million dollars tomorrow, how would you spend it?
PP: A film about myself played by Danny Devito…


AR: What’s your biggest dream?
PP: … Oh, I do not know … A good life. I mean, I live my biggest dream! I’m having a blast!


AR: So, our last question: Do you have any gimmicks?
PP: Gimmicks are always corny when you’ve thought about it. The Cava and I will make some gimmicks… Maybe I’ll repeat last year improvised birthday song. I have heard much of it afterwards. But it is the artists and the crowd who should get the attention, not me.
