Everyday during Trailerpark Festival we’ll be taking a stroll around the grounds and meeting the vast variety of people that attend. They are a diverse and fun crowd! Meet some of them here…

It´s the first time for Anya here, but she has been at the festival since Tuesday, because her boyfriend works as a video photographer before and during the festival. She´s really impressed with the morale of work, she has seen from the volunteers: ”The weather has been shit. And as I see it, the volunteers have had some problems e.g. because of the weather. Several times during the rainy weather people had to go inside, because it was to difficult to continue their work,”,she says. Anya dosen´t envy the hard working volunteers, because as she says: ”I’m more here to meet some new faces.”

”I didn´t have anything else to do”
This is the first year for Frederik at Trailerpark Festival. He works as a volunteer, checking peoples wrist bands. We asked him, why he signed up to be a volunteer: ”Well, to be honest I didn´t have anything else to do, and it turned out to be quite cosy. Ther is also a lot of good people here”. Yesterday he worked as security, but he prefers this duty, because it´s more relaxed and not as stressful.

”I hope to see Peaches”
It´s quite new for Alesya to be at a festival. She first started to go to festivals, when she moved to Denmark four years ago. In Belarus they only have some electronic festivals. But since she moved to Denmark, she has attended Roskilde Festival and Distortion, and she loves Trailerpark Festival:
”I’s very intimate and small. People are also more mature than e.g. at Roskilde. And I love the way, they have managed to make Confusion Art – Music and Art together”. Alesya is also looking forward to catch up with some of her friends, and she´s really looking forward to experience Peaches tomorrow, Sunday: ”I’m looking forward to the Karaoke Show Sunday. I really hope she will come. She’s so cool!”

”We haven´t prepared anything”
All of us doing the Circus Show are from the same School in Copenhagen called AFUK. We were asked to do the show two days ago, so we haven´t prepared anything”, Sofie says. They are a group of ten people doing this crazy acrobatic show – the theme is White Trash and they are doing the show two times this Saturday outside in front of the Main Stage. ”I just love to perform, and I think the whole show went pretty good. The next show is around nine o´clock this evening, and we’re professionals, so we´re are not going to get drunk before after the show”, Sofie says.

”I just wish, I was able to camp out here”
We caught Hannah just one hour before she arrived to Trailerpark Festival. She was very excited to party with the locals and her American friends. And after only one hour, she already impressed about the festival: ”200 Kroner for a Festival. That’s nothing. I love it! I like the music and the combination of music and art”, she says. She comments on the small areas around the festival area. ”It´s soo nice”, she giggles. Hannah takes up her hula hoop, she brought with her and start making moves infront of the camera. Before she and her friends go the nearest bar, she says:”I just wish, I was able to camp out here”.
