With the digital revolution firmly established we’ve seen a fair share of bands, musicians and artists play with a format that carries their work. Cassette tapes, records and letters have all come back into fashion as a way of providing fans with something tangible.

Scottish electronic band Errors have taken this retro tangibility a step further by releasing their latest EP New Relics as a VHS video tape. Each video was created by a different artist who was given no information to work with other than the song itself. What results is an interesting array of video work, that both harkens to the retrogressive format of VHS and creates a bunch of interesting and diverse visuals. The EP is out today and available here so it’s time to venture into the attic and dig out your old tape player.
