Please help us improve our security routines:
As part of our continuous support improvement program, we are currently looking into general store security, hereunder making the platform even more secure against credit card fraud.
The ArtRebels Shopping Platform has actually never been hit by fraud on anywhere near a noticeable scale, however, it is always a good idea to be on the forefront of things.
During the following weeks we will be developing technical models and work flows for detecting and countering fraud in due time, and we would like to ask your help in that regard.
This means if you receive an order from outside Europe or the US in the coming period, we would like to ask you to postpone the shipment for 1 business day. After 1 business day you can ship your order as usual, unless you have heard from us.
In order to further strengthen the process, we would also like to hear your security related thoughts on specific orders, so:
If you receive an order that in some way raises your suspicion, we would love if you could take the time to send us and email on firstname.lastname@example.org, telling us why you find the order suspicious including the order number.
