Interior 05
Located in a former workshop building, which has been reconfigured by architect, Claudia Alex Laroux, ArtRebels was engaged to curate a strategic foundation for the interior design concept of this office space with a focus on the relationship between architecture and design. Together with architectural studio, Archival Studies, we developed the overall interior design concept including lighting, production of custom furniture, decoration and colour-scheme, making use of industrial and robust materials that nod to the building’s industrial past.

Trailerpark Festival 09
Trailerpark Festival was a self-initiated project by ArtRebels — a spectacular 3-day music, arts and technology festival situated in the heart of Copenhagen. The festival sought and presented the best talents from a wide range of creative subcultures within music, art, technology and design. We ran the festival for ten years and in many ways, Trailerpark shaped the way we approach our work and build community. We still miss her every summer.

The Museum of Food 12
What do bananas, avocados, coffee and honey have in common? They will disappear in the foreseeable future, unless we understand the needs to change habits and behaviour. At the UN’s COP23 meeting, the Nordic Food Policy Lab presented The Museum of Food with the intention to start a new dialogue connecting food and climate. ArtRebels created an artistic installation with vacuum-packed time capsules capturing the essence of endangered food.

Horsens Public Art 13
How does a small town on the periphery of Denmark’s cultural landscape keep young creative talent from moving away? This was a challenge brought to ArtRebels by Horsens Municipality, which was labouring to become a new cultural center, home to a blossoming music and art scene. By bringing some of the world's best street artists to the small sea-side town, ArtRebels managed to reinvigorate youthful participation and interest around the city and attract global and local attention alike.

Implement 14
Implement is a pioneering practitioner of a new, more engaging and human-focused approach to management consulting. Having undergone an internal transformation, the company wanted a brand identity that amplified the Scandinavian values on which their consultancy is built — a flat structure, an inquisitive approach, a healthy work/life balance and a humanist view on professional life. We created a new identity formulated around their approach of prototyping and co-creation, and then activated it through a series of thought-leader events with a spatial design that played with the concept of agility and change.

Legacy 17
We’ve been active since 2006, roaming the streets and scenes of Copenhagen, initiating cultural initiatives across multiple formats, engaging with thousands of creatives from all over the world and moving companies and organisations towards new frontiers. We are very proud of — and slightly intoxicated by — our 15 years of existence, so here’s a few of the endless memories from our journey.
